       October 3,  2010

The Santa Clarita Valley Chapter #480 of Quail Unlimited will be holding a Rattlesnake Avoidance Clinic at De Anza Park 3701 Lost Hills Rd. City of Calabasas CA.  Please keep in mind that rattlesnakes are found though out the United States. They are found on the hiking trails, in the grass or can be in your own backyard. Would it be helpful to have your dog alert you to danger without harm coming to you, your children, friends and your pet(s).  
The Snake Avoidance Clinic will be conducted by Bob Kettle. Mr Kettle is a professional snake handler from Nevada and is widely acknowledged as a leading expert in Snake Avoidance Training. Mr Kettle has been conducting clinics for the Nevada Fish & Game, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, and has been approved by the California Department of Fish & Game.
