Kat Fulford was born and raised in the Sivlerlake area of Los Angeles. She moved to Woodland Hills in the early 80's. Kat started at a practice in Woodland Hills, working with Dr. Foster Lasdon. She stayed at this practice for 20 years, until the good Doctor lost his battle with cancer. She then worked in the Mortgage business for 5 years. But she missed the animals,  found Doctor James Isaacs, and has been working for him for 4 years. She plans to retire here. Kat has a "zoo" at home that she attends to daily. She loves to spend time in her lovely garden as well.
